Alfa Hotel - Serfaus

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The warmth and personal treatment we received from the staff made us feel right at home. The amazing views from both our room and the dining room were amazing. The food in the restaurant was highly recommended, with different delicious meals served every day. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the modern facilities it offered. this hotel was great and we will definitely return.

The room I stayed in was not only large and comfortable, but it also had a lovely mountain view. The best part was that it was extremely quiet, despite the hotel being fully packed. I didn't hear a peep from my neighbors. The modern yet cozy ambiance of this hotel was truly remarkable. Everything from the comfortable corners to the functional bathroom added to the overall luxury and comfort of my stay. Oh, and I must mention the excellent breakfast - it was absolutely delicious! Plus, the fact that I could charge my e-car in the garage was a major plus.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location near the ski lift was super convenient, and the services provided, such as housekeeping and laundry, were top-notch.

The stunning mountain view was the perfect setting for our romantic escape. We also appreciated the possibility of charging our car, which made it easy to explore the nearby attractions.

The parking garage was a bit complicated, and the furniture in the room showed signs of wear. We also missed having air conditioning, which might be an issue during the heat of the summer.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski lift, making it easy for us to hit the slopes in the morning. the room we stayed in had a stunning view of the mountains, and the bathroom was functional, although a bit tight. the service at the hotel was excellent, with warm hospitality and personal treatment. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated being able to charge our e-car in the garage.

The dinner at the hotel was a bit disappointing. the food felt pre-prepared and often arrived at our table cool.
